All nippers by KIEHL are made manually in up to 120 single working steps by professional sharpeners. It takes more than 5 years of training and a lot of talent to produce instruments of this precision. Each one is a unique piece of art. Our nippers for example are made with a new steel that includes Cobalt and Molybdian, that provides maximum sharpness and can be sterilized without any problems every day. Rotating Instruments

Kiehl burrs are the result of almost a century of experience in diamond coating on steel. The Family Kiehl was dominantly involved in the development of diamond nailfiles in the early 20th. century. Since then this technology has been passed onto many further items. The range of our top-quality burrs is a major part.

Our standard range of burrs is made with real diamonds and therefor is suitable also for the demand of dentists. They work on very hard ceramic materials used for artificial teeth. However, in the range presented hereunder the shapes are adapted to the needs of podiatrists and naildesigners.

The quality remains outstanding. Due to its outstanding sharpness, it works very effectively and also provides a comfortable feeling to the patient. All burrs are autoclavable and covered with real diamond layers in different grits. We offer 5 different roughnesses for the diamond burrs perfectly adapted to the various functions in podiatry.
